IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD:
Minimum 15 days and maximum 365 days. Extension requests are subject
to vehicle availability and additional charges.
FUEL:
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. If returned with less fuel, a flat
₹500 refuelling service charge plus the actual fuel cost will be applicable.
TOLLS, PARKING & INTER-STATE TAXES:
All toll charges, parking fees, interstate taxes, and other government levies during the
subscription period must be paid by the customer.
ID VERIFICATION:
Please carry your original Driving License (or DigiLocker DL) and a valid Government-issued
ID proof. Vehicle handover is subject to successful document verification.
PRE-HANDOVER INSPECTION:
Carefully inspect the vehicle, including the fuel level, odometer reading, accessories, and
existing damages before accepting delivery.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is required before
vehicle
delivery. The deposit will be refunded within 4 days after the vehicle is returned, subject
to successful inspection and clearance of all applicable charges.
EXTRA KILOMETRES:
Extra kilometres beyond 8,000 km/month will be charged at
₹15.00/km.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation charges apply as per policy. Refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis with
a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining amount.
TRAFFIC CHALLANS:
All traffic challans, fines, parking violations, and penalties incurred during the
subscription period will be the customer's responsibility.
