Welcome to Kayra Cabs. By booking a self-drive car rental with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A valid government-issued ID proof and a valid driving license are mandatory at the time of booking and vehicle pickup.
Customers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driving license.
Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
The booking token paid for confirmation is non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking.
Full rental payment must be completed before the vehicle is delivered or handed over.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled pickup time.
The booking token amount is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.
No refund will be provided for the unused rental period if the vehicle is returned before the scheduled return time.
In case of a no-show, the booking amount will be forfeited.
3. Vehicle Usage Policy
The vehicle must be driven only by the person whose documents were submitted during the booking process.
Vehicles are provided strictly for personal use and must not be handover to another person or used for commercial, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
Customers must comply with all applicable traffic rules and regulations.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of any type of drugs are strictly prohibited.
Any traffic challan, toll, fine, or penalty incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Fuel, Damage & Liability
Vehicles are delivered with a specified fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.If found less fuel then per fuel cell charge Rs 650/- will be charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or theft, the customer must immediately inform Kayra Cabs.
Repair costs, or damages shall be borne by the customer.
If there is any damages, unpaid charges, traffic penalties, or any other outstanding dues, it will be deducted from the security deposit .
5. Delivery, Return & Extension Policy
Vehicle pickup and return must be completed according to the agreed booking schedule.
Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily rental charges.
Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested before the original booking period ends.
Kayra Cabs reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any booking due to unavoidable operational, technical, or legal circumstances.
