Cancellation Policy

Kayra Cabs provides flexible booking options; however, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled vehicle pickup time. Booking confirmation is subject to our cancellation policy.

Booking Token

The booking token paid to confirm the reservation is strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to collect the vehicle without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and applicable charges may be deducted.

Early Vehicle Return

No refund will be provided for unused rental days if the vehicle is returned before the scheduled return date.

Booking Modifications

Changes to booking dates, timings, or vehicle type are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Kayra Cabs.
