Refund Policy

At Kayra Cabs, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed for bookings made through our platform.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per our cancellation policy. The booking token paid for confirmation is non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Kayra Cabs.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

Security Deposit Refund

The refundable security deposit will be returned within 96 hours after successful vehicle inspection, provided there are no damages, traffic fines, fuel shortages, or other outstanding charges.

Non-Refundable Charges

Booking token, convenience fees, late return charges, penalties, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
