Welcome to Kayra Cabs. By booking a self drive car rental in Delhi with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A valid government-issued ID and driving license are mandatory at the time of booking and vehicle pickup.
• Customers must be 21 years or older with a valid driving license.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability of the vehicle.
• A security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
• Token once paid by customer for booking confirmation will not be refunded if the customer cancels the booking.
• Full rental payment must be completed before vehicle delivery.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled pickup time.
• Token amount paid for booking confirmation is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• No refund will be issued for early return of the vehicle.
• In case of no-show, the booking amount may be forfeited.

3. Vehicle Usage Policy

• The vehicle must be driven only by the person whose documents were submitted at the time of booking.
• Vehicles are provided strictly for personal use and not for commercial or illegal activities.
• Customers must follow all traffic rules and regulations.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and rash driving inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Any traffic challan or penalty during the rental period will be borne by the customer.

4. Fuel, Damage & Liability

• Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
• In case of accident, the customer must inform Kayra Cabs immediately.
• Repair charges, insurance claim deductions, or damages not covered under insurance shall be paid by the customer.
• The security deposit may be adjusted against any damages or penalties.

5. Delivery, Return & Extension Policy

• Vehicle pickup and return timings must be strictly followed.
• Late return may attract additional hourly or daily charges.
• Rental extension is subject to availability and must be informed in advance.
• Kayra Cabs reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.
